Refund and Returns Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving eligible products.
To qualify:
- Item must be unused
- Item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- Product must not be damaged by customer misuse
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Perishable goods
- Opened consumables
- Personalized/customized products
- Clearance items
- Hygiene-sensitive products
- Digital products or downloads
Damaged or Wrong Items
Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
Evidence such as photos or videos may be required.
Refund Process
Approved refunds may be processed through:
- Mobile Money
- Bank Transfer
- Original payment method
- Store credit where applicable
Refund processing timelines:
- Mobile Money: 1–3 business days
- Bank Transfer/Card Refunds: 5–10 business days
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the error originated from AM-IN GLOBAL LTD.
Return Shipping
Customers may bear return shipping costs unless:
- Wrong item was delivered
- Product arrived defective
- Error was caused by AM-IN GLOBAL LTD
